I have always been passionate about nail polish and whenever there’s a new launch I will always get excited. Whether it means new colors, outstanding new formulas, a flawless finish, I am always first in line to check it out.

When it comes to new polish I always question, is it worth the craze?

Today I have my eyes on Butter London Nail Lacquer, their formula is out of this world. After trying 15 of their new shades, honestly, I’m definitely hooked. 

With their 10 different flawless manicure benefits, there’s no wonder people are raging about this launch. Butter London is a brand I have always trusted and loved, but is their new launch much different from the original?

I’m here to get down to the nitty-gritty details of what makes this new formula so great.

I’ve decided to review the brand as after being a nail enthusiast for years, Butter is always been top of my list and when they bring a new polish out, I know I’m not the only one that can’t wait to add it to my collection. 

But what makes this product better than the rest?

Their innovative 10X formula is loaded with ingredients that you’ll love. The flawless, chip-free look will give you up to 10 days of wear. With shock resisting polymers it is ready to tackle everyday life. Butter London uses the highest quality ingredients that will give you a high impact color you can count on. 

It will give you that full coverage looks that we all crave without the worry of chipping. 

I have tried 15 of their shades and there’s the question is it worth $18 a pop? Well, it is down to preference but I don’t think you can ask for much more out of an ordinary nail polish that lasts up to 10 days without chipping.

But with a substantial price tag, there can be a lot of disappointment, if Butter says that their product will last up to 10 days chip free then starts chipping after the first few we are bound to be gutted. However, after using these products myself I have noticed they’ve held up a good fight, even after the abuse we put our hands through on the daily. 

The packaging is also beautiful, Butter London has definitely upped their game with their bottle that screams luxury. They’ve chucked out the old plastic lids and replaced them with luscious silver caps. 

This polish not only looks beautiful but it fits the part. They’ve pulled out all the stops in these beauties.

Their line currently includes 19 beautiful shades to gaze your eyes upon, from glossy pinks, classic reds, to colors that will make you stand out from the rest. 

One-color that has particularly caught my eye was ‘Yummy Mummy’:

You seriously can’t go wrong with a nude color- it compliments every outfit! I really love how this color gives a shiny finish even without the topcoat! It lasts for days without chipping even if you don’t baby your nails for the sake of the color.

My second favorite has to go to ‘Smashing’:

Now every girl needs her fierce red nail polish to take on the world but with a color so vibrant the chips can’t be missed.  I personally love red nail polish, it is elegant, daring, and classy but also makes a statement of strength and independence. Butter gives you that flawless, vibrant look that I love and it is my go to for the best red nail polish. 

My verdict:

Colorwise I am so happy with the shades, they are so flattering but can also be worn every day or if you want to stand out from the crowd, these colors are ready to take on the world.

In terms of durability and longevity, this nail polish is number one. I love how you don’t need a top coat to get that shiny finish. All while lasting up to 10 days, this product is unbeatable.

You may think this product can’t get any better but here’s the kicker it is also free from any harmful ingredients that could damage your health and nails. It is also packed with tea tree oil which is great for tackling any fungus you may struggle with.

This product is a definite win-win.

Overall for $18 a pop is it worth it? Absolutely this polish is phenomenal. While gliding on effortlessly and giving you that full coverage after a couple of swipes. It lasts up to 10 days without chipping there’s not much more you could want, the UV keeping the color top-notch for the whole time.

I cannot recommend this product enough.
